• All interactions with the protocols are executed directly by you and any outcomes, including risks or benefits, are solely your responsibility.

No Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice

• The Services are not intended to and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
• You are solely responsible for your decisions and assume all risks associated with using the protocols, including but not limited to financial loss, loss of access, or security breaches.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and agreements while using the Services.

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities
• Exploit vulnerabilities or misuse the protocols in any way
• Violate third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coin.fi and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Services.
• This limitation applies even if Coin.fi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coin.fi and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Coin.fi makes no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Services.

Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through mandatory arbitration as set forth below.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

• You agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration conducted under the rules of Singapore.
• Class-action lawsuits and collective arbitration are not permitted under these Terms.

Changes to the Terms

Coin.fi reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Privacy and Data

• You acknowledge that Coin.fi does not store or manage personal data related to your use of the decentralized protocols.

Termination of Services

Risks Associated with Decentralized Protocols

By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with decentralized technologies, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, hacking, or other malicious activities
• Regulatory uncertainties or changes affecting the legality or use of the protocols
• Irreversible transactions and loss of private keys

Entire Agreement

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Coin.fi regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
